Personal Packs
Since the introduction of HIPs we have used Rapidmove and the importance of this decision became apparent in April 2009 when the majority of the HIP content had to be in place prior to marketing. Not only were Rapidmove turning around registered title packs within 48 hours, but competitors were taking considerably longer, allowing us to 'get off the blocks' and market each property within days of instructions. Rapidmove have also allowed us to add additional items such as Probate documents and FENSA certificates ensuring that the packs are personal and comprehensive being tailored to each property. Purchaser's solicitors have had access to certain key documents immediately. We believe that this has helped us to speed up transactions. Well done
Having been in Estate Agency for over 30 years I have often considered ways of improving what is on many occasions a fraught experience for those taking part. Whilst we now have the Home Information Pack this is clearly not the utopian answer and in my opinion it has done little to improve things to the degree intended and in a lot of instances has only added an extra cost burden. However, thanks to Rapidmove at least some of the anxiety is taken away and the firm seem to have chosen an apt name. Most of our HIPs are speedily prepared with the fastest being a very impressive 24 hours! The level of service also means that we can get on with our prime task of selling houses. The Right People!
We have been using Rapidmove as our HIP provider for over 2 years. Since April 2009 the speed of turnaround has been paramount to us being able to offer a fast and efficient service. A good experience!
This was my first experience having to supply potential buyers with a HIP and I had no idea how it would all come together. However, I was delighted with the professionalism and speed of Rapidmove and the whole transaction was very smooth.
