The government has suspended the legislation regarding the mandatory requirement for Home Information Packs (HIPs) in relation to residential property sales - They are NO LONGER REQUIRED

We would like to take this opportunity to formally thank our customers and Partnered Firms for their continued support over the past 3 years and know that many of you have come to believe that with some amendment to pack content, upfront commitment by Sellers is the way forward for the property market.

We have had to lay off staff and to close the website for business with regards HIP provision as clearly without any income stream it is impossible to continue day to day with admin carried out by our Directors and staff.
