HIPs suspended!

The Government will announce today suspension of the HIP legislation - which has been expected by the industry.

We are awaiting hearing further on what grounds this has been taken and how soon proper consultation will take place on whether to replace the current regulations with something better or to scrap it completely.

We would like to take this opportunity to formally thank our customers and Partnered Firms for their continued support over the past 3 years and know that many of you have come to believe that with some amendment to pack content, upfront commitment by Sellers is the way forward for the property market.

We have also had to lay off staff and to suspend our website as clearly without any income stream it is impossible to continue day to day with admin carried out by our Directors and staff.
