Rapidmove were delighted to reveal at their Launch at The Quadrant Business Centre on the 30th November that they have produced the first electronic HIP including a new style Home Condition Report for a genuine sale transaction.
Rapidmove are currently trialling five packs for actual sales in the region which have been very well received by all parties involved.
A number of Independent Estate Agents attended the Launch to see the Rapidmove product and service in action and the guest speaker was Mr. Paul Broadhead HIP Business Change Manager at the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister.
Mr. Broadhead said "We welcome the support from organisations such as Rapidmove who are already setting up as home information pack providers to consumers on a voluntary basis. This "smart" approach will help ensure the packs are implemented seamlessly to the consumer on 1st June 2007"
The electronic pack which is available on e-card and has a unique identification number will be presented to Yvette Cooper the Housing Minister for her information in the New Year.
