Well Fans! 1st August has come and gone, HIPs have arrived and the world has not ended (according to the Daily Mail that is!)
Rapidmove are proud to be working with local firms of estate agents and legal practices and delivering quality Home Information Packs. We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our Partners who have made a commitment to the Rapidmove process and we look forward to a long and successful working relationship with you.
It looks as though whilst packs currently are only required for 4 Bedroomed property or larger, that due to the number of qualified Energy Inspectors (4000) that 3 Bedroom property will follow in all likelihood in October 2007 with the remaining properties coming on line in 2008.
